| JCM at IMA and ICE/ATEI 2007 |

In January two of the most important European gaming exhibitions, the IMA and the ICE/ATEI, took place in Düsseldorf and London. At both shows Japan Cash Machine took the opportunity to form many new business relations so both events have been very successful for JCM.
The IMA show took place from January 16th to 18th. The JCM booth has been visited by many customers and interested companies, who have been very attracted by seeing JCM’s newest developments, e.g. the TAIKO and the large cash box for UBA. The biggest attraction at the show was definitely the new ADP Merkur Dispenser 100. It is a joint development between ADP Gauselmann and JCM which has been brought to a final and successful conclusion.
On January 17th JCM additionally held two informational events in the conference room at the Congress Center, where the new developments and all other JCM products have been presented and explained in detail again. Many customers followed this invitation. They appreciated this kind of presentation of the products very much, as they also had the chance to discuss and ask for many other issues around JCM and JCM’s products.
At the ICE/ATEI in London many manufacturers and suppliers showcased their innovations, products and technology like every year. The exhibition was again bigger this year.
At the ICE JCM mainly called the customer’s attention to JCM’s casino products like the UBA and the WBA, which are the most important banknote acceptors in the gaming industry these days. Additionally a new card recycler (RAD 7.0, Recycle Accept Dispense) has been presented by JCM American Corporation (JAC). It is a small sturdy unit that can read and accept a credit-sized card, passes the data to the main system for interpretation and finally based on data parameters it can retain or recycle the card.
The TAIKO has been the attraction for the customers and companies in the soft-gaming and amusement branch of the ATEI. All the customers and interested companies think that the TAIKO with its revolutionary features, like the innovative drum technology for anti fishing security and the auto-retry via extra drum rotation, is a brilliant development for this market.
